A custom piece is not rushed. It takes time. It is developed through conversation, sketches, refinement, CAD design, careful making, hand finishing and stone setting. It allows the piece to be considered properly and made with the level of care that meaningful jewellery deserves. The Bespoke Process
Sketch
After we have sourced the Gemstones for your bespoke jewellery piece, we discuss different design options. I create sketches based on these conversations, and when you pick the design you like, we move on to the next step – Computer Rendering.
Computer Assisted Design
Once we have the design finalised and planned out, I go ahead and input all the gemstones into CAD (Computer Assisted Design). The metal is created around the gemstones, and we are able to get a 360 degree view of the ring – every angle.
Finished Ring
The piece is then 3D Printed and worked off meticulously by hand. A inital polish is applied before the ring heads to the Master Setter. A setting for each gemstone is carefully carved out and the stones are carefully and securely set in place.
